Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a Network Administrator in Sterling, VA, to design, engineer, install, operate, and maintain terrestrial, satellite, WAN/MAN/LAN networks, and communications systems. The role collaborates with leadership, FE SRE, and Product teams to onboard systems into PWW and support IT operations.

Daily tasks include configuring networks for integration, preparing proposals for engineering reviews, performing performance testing, troubleshooting, and documenting

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues including security incidents.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS networking configurations.

Responsibilities

• Plan network configurations for integration and performance.
• Prepare technical proposals for engineering review boards.
• Perform operational and maintenance activities including testing and troubleshooting.
• Create design and deployment documents, system specs, and user guides.
