Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.

• 6+ years in ISR or high-consequence environments.
•  
• Experience coordinating sensitive missions and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, resourcing, execution, and oversight of persistent collection operations.
• Direct missions in a 24/7 operations center.
• Develop operational approaches to maximize collection and resource use.
• Coordinate with in-house teams and mission partners.
• Assess risk, priorities, and tradecraft implications of decisions.
• Provide briefings and shift turnover materials.
