Job summary

Easy Foods Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the shift maintenance team in a food production facility in Kissimmee, FL.

You will ensure safe, reliable equipment operation and maintain GMP compliance while coordinating with production, QA, sanitation, and the Maintenance Manager. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage downtime, supervise PMs and work orders in CMMS, and develop technicians through coaching and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance in manufacturing, with 2+ years leading a crew.
• Strong multicraft troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
• Experience running PM programs and work orders in a CMMS.
• Ability to communicate clearly with production, QA and sanitation; on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations: conduct handoffs, inspect floor, assign technicians to lines.
• Enforce safety standards: ensure LOTO, guarding, PPE, permits; stop unsafe work.
• Maintain GMP compliance: enforce GMPs, allergen awareness, housekeeping, QA sign-off.
• Manage downtime and reliability: prioritize breakdowns, document root causes, drive fixes.
• Oversee PMs and work orders: review PMs, schedule work around production, audit-ready.
• Coach and develop the team: train, cross-train, guide, and ensure safe documentation.
• Track performance: monitor downtime, OEE, PM completion; report to Maintenance Manager.
