Easy Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the shift maintenance team, ensuring safe, reliable operation of production and packaging equipment. The role focuses on daily maintenance priorities, downtime response, PMs, and strong collaboration with QA, sanitation, and stores.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in industrial maintenance, including leadership, with CMMS experience and a solid cross‑discipline troubleshooting background in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic

Qualifications

• Lead a shift maintenance team and coordinate with production, QA and sanitation.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience running PM programs and work orders in a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations: handoffs, floor inspections, QA release, crew huddles, assign technicians.
• Enforce safety standards: LOTO, machine guarding, PPE, permits; stop unsafe work.
• Maintain GMP and food safety; ensure sign-off before restart after maintenance.
• Manage downtime by prioritizing breakdowns and driving permanent fixes.
• Oversee PMs and work orders; ensure audits and documentation are complete.
• Coach and develop technicians; ensure safe, well-documented work results.
• Track downtime, OEE, PM completion, safety incidents, and parts gaps.
