Job summary

Qualifications

• Trains and mentors technicians in machine and facility maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to diagnose and fix equipment issues quickly.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Train new and current Operator-Maintenance Technicians.
• Mentor and support the maintenance team to meet production goals.
• Review and improve maintenance processes for efficiency.
• Repair, adjust, and test machines and equipment used in production processes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for out-of-scope tasks.
