Job summary

mPulse, a leader in conversational AI for healthcare, seeks a Maintenance Manager in Mesa, AZ to oversee safe and accurate maintenance of mROC equipment and facilities. You will lead a team, coordinate external vendors, and ensure protection of PHI and proprietary data while driving production goals.

Responsibilities include mentoring technicians, improving maintenance processes, and ensuring equipment reliability through preventive schedules and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, their design, use, repair and maintenance.
• Basic math and reading skills required.

Responsibilities

• Train new and current Operator-Maintenance Technicians in maintenance and safe operation.
• Mentor the maintenance team and support production goals.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and standards.
• Service, repair, adjust and test machines and equipment in production.
• Troubleshoot and implement improvements to sustain high output.
• Monitor repairs and prioritize work orders.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Manage third-party vendors for facility repairs.
