Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and utility systems is expected.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, 8D).
Support rapid response and recovery for equipment breakdown events.
Monitor and analyze downtime and drive corrective actions.
Support troubleshooting of PLC, robotics, and automated equipment systems.
Operate in collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS teams to support plant operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and downtime reduction.
Follow OSHA safety standards and internal safety procedures.
