Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the BSA Maintenance Department. You will oversee maintenance activities, schedule preventive maintenance, and drive uptime with a focus on safety and TPM practices.

You will monitor downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and 3R5S, prepare weekly/monthly reports, train hourly staff, and coordinate with vendors and engineering for new equipment with SAP work orders.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3+ years in maintenance supervision or HS diploma with 7+ years in the role.
• Automotive industry experience preferred and SAP familiarity.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with TPM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BSA Maintenance Department and oversee maintenance activities and staff.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, downtime planning, and weekend/holiday work.
• Monitor downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and 3R5S for the shift and report results.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and supervise weekend projects.
• Train hourly team members and evaluate performance; coordinate with vendors.
• Create SAP work orders for PM, corrective actions, and breakdowns; support new equipment installs.
