Job summary
JLL in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our facility operations, focusing on HVAC and building automation to ensure safe, efficient environments. You will lead maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and security systems, and you will work with platforms like Metasys, Honeywell, Siemens, and Tridium to optimize performance.
Onsite role based in Cumberland/Atlanta area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in building maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.
- Operate building automation systems to optimize HVAC, lighting and energy management.
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, and VAV systems.
- Manage electrical distribution, lighting controls, and emergency power systems.
- Oversee plumbing, water systems, and ensure code compliance.
- Program control sequences and analyze system performance data.
- Maintain detailed service records using CMMS.
