You will analyze/repair mechanical and electrical issues, adjust systems, and ensure continuous, safe functioning of the healthcare environment under supervision of a team lead.

Qualificações

• Six (6) years of hands-on, building related maintenance and repair experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related systems.
• Valid state of Utah driver’s license may be required depending on department of hire.
• Certifications orLicenses in professional trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) per FM leadership approval.

Responsabilidades

• Performs duties of Maintenance Engineer I and II.
• Procures parts and equipment for assigned duties.
• Uses CMMS system to create assets, work orders, and reports.
• Mentors maintenance workers and engineers.
• Participates in after-hours on-call rotation.
