The position involves budgeting for maintenance, supervising procurement activities, and driving improvements based on downtime analysis.

Responsabilités

• Report on status of assigned tasks at the beginning, during and conclusion.
• Develop a detailed action plan to meet shop wise maintenance index, including downtime, PM plan & actuals, equipment monitoring, improvements and safety/environment.
• Prepare a detailed training plan for each team member to meet skill level targets.
• Prepare and execute annual operation plan and report status of each task.
• Support management to encourage teamwork through meetings, events and collaboration.
• Analyze downtime and provide improvement plans.
• Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; weekend work may be required.
