Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing and facilities equipment.
• Lead a team of mechanics and technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation including work orders and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with GMP procedures and safety regulations during maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance technical skills.
• Support planning and scheduling with planners for continuous improvement.
