Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of software development, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Hands-on IBM z/OS, SMP/e, and z/OSMF experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Groovy; experience with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain shared software, libraries, and automation frameworks for Mainframe product teams.
• Integrate CI/CD and AI-assisted workflows into z/OS environments and resolve complex issues.
