Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Hogan Application Developer with strong Core Banking domain knowledge and IBM Mainframe experience. You will develop, enhance, and support Hogan banking applications across the full software development lifecycle, focusing on COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 and VSAM on z/OS.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, building scalable solutions, performing testing, and supporting production releases.

Qualifications

• Hogan Core Banking development experience in Core Banking environments.
• Strong hands-on COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 and VSAM on IBM Mainframe (z/OS).
• Familiar with Hogan modules (CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, PEM).
• Experience with mainframe tools: TSO/ISPF, Endevor/ChangeMan, File-AID, SDSF.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Hogan Core Banking applications.
• Analyze requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Build and support COBOL/JCL/CICS/DB2/VSAM solutions.
• Perform unit and integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with business/technical teams and support releases and documentation.
