Job summary

MainframeMaster is seeking an experienced Senior Hogan Business Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our Hogan core banking platform in a hybrid on-site/remote capacity. You will translate complex banking requirements into scalable Hogan solutions, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role requires deep Hogan modules knowledge (IDS, CIS, RPM), strong analytical skills, and a track record of leading initiatives across large-scale banking systems.

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex banking requirements into Hogan solutions.
• Deep Hogan knowledge with IDS, CIS and RPM.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives across large-scale banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into system specifications, data mappings and process flows.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and gap analyses with stakeholders.
• Lead testing strategies and coordinate SIT/UAT where applicable.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with development teams.
