A financial services company is seeking a Hogan Mainframe Developer in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will understand and modify the existing Custom Build Hogan application, conduct impact analyses, and prepare unit testing plans. Proficiency in Hogan Core Banking Applications and mainframe skills such as COBOL, VSAM, CICS, and JCL is essential. • Assist client during project phases as per plan.
• Make code changes and adhere to Version Control.
• Sound knowledge of Hogan Core Banking Applications: DDA, TDA.

Description:

• Understand the existing Custom Build Hogan application.


• Impact Analysis of source programs for every work request.


• Carry out program construction / modification.


• Prepare unit test plan and test data.


• Carry out unit testing.


• Conduct quality reviews of code / test plans.


• Assist Client during any phase that is applicable to the project as per the project plan.


• Code changes to source programs and Version Control adherence.
