Job summary

Luxoft seeks an experienced Hogan ODS developer to support installation projects and ongoing Hogan ODS initiatives. You will code, test, and document complex Hogan ODS programs while designing solutions for demanding business needs.

The role requires 10+ years Hogan ODS programming/test experience, extensive IBM mainframe skills ( COBOL, JCL, DB2 ), and strong analytical and interpersonal abilities for client environments.

Qualifications

• Hogan ODS knowledge, including process dictionary components and PCDs.
• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years Hogan ODS programming or testing experience.
• Banking domain knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with relational databases to support programming.
• 6+ years IBM mainframe experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2; Assembler a plus.
• Ability to work in team and independently; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, implement Hogan ODS programs and document them.
• Design systems and programs to meet complex business needs; prepare specs and docs.
• Gathers information from existing systems; assists PM with estimates and justification.
• Support project personnel in resolving complex programming problems; provide technical advice.
• Transition quickly into client environments; adapt to client processes.
• Estimate and scope work for projects.
