Job summary

Datum Technologies Group seeks an experienced Hogan Application Developer with deep Core Banking domain knowledge and IBM Mainframe development expertise. You will develop, enhance, and support Hogan banking applications across the full SDLC.

Responsibilities include building on Hogan Core Banking platforms, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Multi years of Hogan application development experience in Core Banking environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe (z/OS).
• Experience with Hogan modules such as CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM.
• Good understanding of Core Banking functions including deposits, loans, account processing, fees, and transaction processing.
• Experience with Mainframe development tools such as TSO/ISPF, Endevor/ChangeMan, File-AID, and SDSF.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in regulated banking environments and follow established change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Hogan Core Banking applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and support Hogan solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking enhancements.
• Support application releases, change management, and technical documentation.
