Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Sr. Software Engineer to join the CVT team within Stock Plan Services. The role involves supporting a mainframe and distributed technology stack to achieve high availability and excellent client service.

You will work with global partners in technology and support to deliver robust solutions. Applicants should have 8+ years on mainframe platforms, COBOL/DB2/CICS/JCL/MQ/SQL/VSAM experience, and familiarity with Oracle triage and ETL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with mainframe platforms.
• Experience with COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, MQ-Series, SQL, and VSAM files.
• Familiarity with mainframe performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Ability to navigate Oracle for triage and understand ETL, Informatica, Java or Python are plus.
