Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to six years of relevant experience
• Experience with mainframe development stack and SDLC

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain complex Mainframe applications
• Participate in architecture activities, including design, estimation, planning, and roadmaps
• Analyze requirements and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions
• Collaborate across the SDLC with design, development, testing, implementation and support
• Develop and maintain program specifications ensuring performance and SLAs
• Troubleshoot production issues across Mainframe environments
• Lead deployment and release management while adhering to standards
• Mentor developers and guide modernization initiatives
