BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking an experienced IT professional to analyze, design, program, and implement complex applications. You will collaborate with customers, analysts, and team members to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure alignment with IT strategies.

The role follows a hybrid work schedule with on-site presence three days per week, a typical 8-hour shift, and periodic on-call rotations.

Formación

• Bachelor's in a job related field or equivalent experience required.
• 6 years of application development, systems testing, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of applications/development, QA, and integration in mainframe, midrange, web, and PC/LAN environments.

Responsabilidades

• Produce deliverables for assigned projects.
• Analyze, design, and implement complex systems to solve business problems.
• Lead or provide expertise on projects and coordinate with customers and analysts.
• Ensure solutions align with IT strategies and architectural standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements.
• Test programs, verify logic, and document processes.
