Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Europe, with full ownership of technical sales across the European market from the USA. You will travel about a week each month to Germany, Italy and wider Europe, building relationships with OEMs and distributors and translating technical requirements into customer solutions.

The role offers autonomy, a clear path to Sales Management, and exposure to international markets within magnetics, inductors, and power electronics.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical/electronics, applications, or sales engineering with magnetics components.
• Strong understanding of high-frequency electronics, 50/60 Hz, magnetic materials and component-level tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with sales/applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical sales and business development across the European market with OEMs, distributors and existing customers.
• Travel roughly 25% for customer visits, trade shows and conferences across Europe.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and propose customized magnetic solutions.
