Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to provide technical support to the EU team and help identify opportunities to integrate MPS products and services.

This role focuses on developing and executing a sales strategy for market opportunities while aligning customer requirements with design teams. You will educate regional sales and customers on MPS technology, gather market intelligence, and drive revenue growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• At least five years of power supply design experience or work experience as a power supply FAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the EU Team in the development of opportunities incorporating MPS products and services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS business.
• Develop and execute sales strategy for the market opportunity.
• Communicate customer requirements to Sales Manager for design.
• Gather competitive intelligence for MPS product strategy.
• Educate and present to regional sales and customers on MPS products and technology.
