Job summary

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking a Senior Magnet Program Analyst to provide independent, content expertise and analysis for the Magnet Recognition Program®, for Magnet and applicant organizations, commissioners, and ANCC staff. The role emphasizes leadership, program coordination, and strategic guidance to elevate nursing practice and quality improvement.

The position requires strong decision-making, project management, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• RN required; master's degree or higher required. If master's is not in nursing, then a baccalaureate must be in nursing.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience involving project management.
• Diverse health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary resource and expert with comprehensive knowledge of the Program, overseeing the management, coordination, communication, assistance, guidance, leadership, and support for organizations during all phases of the application process.
• Coordinates the multifaceted appraisal process, overseeing and managing the client's application from initial validation through all phases of the process.
• Interfaces with program appraisers, coordinating and managing the appraisal process while ensuring the integrity and quality of all appraisal documentation.
