Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior MacOS and Mobile Device Platform Engineer to own the lifecycle of MacOS workstations and mobile devices within the Digital Employee Experience team. You will enroll new devices, manage software deployment, and oversee configuration management across the full device lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on JAMF experience, strong MEM/Intune administration, and proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize client services and network resources.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires 5+ years hands-on experience with JAMF managing macOS workstations.
• Requires 5+ years hands-on administration experience with Microsoft MEM/Intune.
• 5+ years troubleshooting system and network resources for root cause.
• Knowledge of macOS, VMWare, Bomgar, MBAM, AppV/ThinApp and related tech.
• Proficient knowledge of authentication mechanisms and service protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, SIP, SMTP).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of MacOS workstations and mobile devices across the lifecycle.
• Enroll new devices, software deployment, and configuration management through the device lifecycle.
