• Provide Level 2 technical support for macOS devices, including advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex operating system, application, software installation, and configuration issues.
• Develop, execute, and troubleshoot scripts used for system administration, automation, and device management.
• Perform software installation, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting on Mac devices.
• Troubleshoot script failures, automation issues, and deployment errors independently.
• Work at the operating system level, navigating system directories such as /bin and other macOS system paths.
• Troubleshoot file system issues, permissions, system processes, and OS-level configurations.
• Analyze system logs, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Support macOS system maintenance, configuration, and performance-related issues.
• Document technical findings, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
