Job summary

Collabera is seeking a skilled MacOS Administrator for a 12-18 month contract in Charlotte, NC. This Level III role requires deep MacOS administration, MDM scripting, and hands-on experience with JAMF or Workspace1 to support mobile device management.

You will configure MacOS servers, create profiles and policies, and troubleshoot complex issues on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Compensation is hourly: $63–$65 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of MacOS admin experience.
• Tier III admin capable of manipulating MDM tools to find solutions.
• Configure MacOS servers, create profiles and policies, set controls, and write scripting for MDM management.
• MDM experience with JAMF or Workspace1.

Responsibilities

• This MacOS Admin will work on the Mobile Technology team as a Level III Admin configuring MacOS servers, profiles, policies, and MDM controls.
• We are migrating from JAMF to Workspace1, so experience with either tool is acceptable and beneficial.
• Troubleshoot problems in the MDM environment and actively find solutions rather than just using tools.
