Key Accountabilities

1. Tooling Responsibilities (40%)
   • Fabricate fixtures based on blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications.
   • Complete setups and operate machines with minimal supervision.
   • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams.
   • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
2. Production Responsibilities (60%)
   • Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, and instructions.
   • Perform machine setups and program uploads/downloads.
   • Adjust offsets for materials, tooling, or machine conditions.
   • Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed.
   • Inspect work for accuracy and maintain documentation.
   • Operate multiple machines and support continuous improvement activities.

Required Education & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years experience with conventional mill and lathe; CNC experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret advanced blueprints and GD&T.
• Skilled in measurement tools and maintaining tight tolerances.
• Understanding of machine tool accuracies, fixture, and tool offsets.
