Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of machining experience in a manufacturing, machine shop, laboratory, or industrial environment.
• Experience operating manual machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Basic experience operating CNC machining equipment.
• Working knowledge of machine shop practices, machining techniques, blueprint interpretation, and shop mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machine tools to produce test specimens and parts according to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform routine machine setups and daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Inspect work for quality and identify safety or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and collaborate with supervisors and team members.
