The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial machine vision, Keyence XG-X and Cognex VisionPro/In-Sight, and proven collaboration across engineering, automation, and operations to deliver robust inspection solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on machine vision in manufacturing.
• Expert in Keyence XG-X Vision Systems and Cognex VisionPro/In-Sight.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine vision inspection solutions with Keyence and Cognex.
• Select and optimize cameras, lenses, lighting, sensors, and optics.
• Develop, validate, and troubleshoot vision algorithms for defect detection and measurement.
• Integrate vision with PLCs, industrial networks, robotics, and MES.
• Support feasibility studies, commissioning, launches, and continuous improvement.
