Job summary

Mach Industries is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer, Vision to standardize and deploy machine-vision across manufacturing. You will build proof‑of‑concept systems, select cameras and optics, and optimize pipelines for production speed.

This hands‑on role requires strong hardware‑software integration, experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT, CUDA, and industrial sensors, and collaboration with OEMs. You will mentor teams, define edge compute needs, and ensure designs meet Mach standards for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
5+ years in machine vision, optical inspection, metrology, or automated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop Mach's standardized machine vision platform for automated manufacturing equipment.
Design and build proof-of-concept vision systems using cameras, optics, lighting, profilometers, and vision controllers.
Define edge compute requirements and select compute hardware for production vision applications.
Develop 2D/3D vision applications for inspection, localization, and process monitoring.
Collaborate with OEMs and system integrators to ensure Mach standards and production readiness.
