• Compliance Self-Assessment: Conduct HSE self-assessments and propose improvements.
• KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs for effective HSE management.
• HSE Communication: Lead site-level HSE communications.
• Training and Development: Run general HSE training sessions.
• Incident Analysis: Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions.
• External Collaboration: Coordinate with external providers and auditors.
