As an HSE Specialist, you will enforce HSE rules, conduct self-assessments, monitor KPIs, lead training, investigate incidents, and collaborate with external auditors to meet industry standards. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE or a related field.
• Knowledge of national regulations and standards relevant to HSE in an industrial environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Group HSE Rules and ensure safety and sustainability.
• Conduct HSE compliance self-assessments and propose solutions.
• Monitor KPIs for effective HSE management.
• Communicate HSE information at the site.
• Lead HSE trainings and development sessions.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external providers and auditors on industry standards.
