Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, optimize extrusion and related equipment to meet production targets.
• Provide safety leadership and perform daily inspections; address unsafe conditions.
• Troubleshoot defects, mentor operators, and support training and process improvements.
• Lead efficient changeovers and maintain high yields with minimal downtime.
• Assist maintenance with root-cause analysis and perform advanced tasks when trained.
