Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in a team-work oriented environment is a plus.
• Experience with extrusion/converting equipment is desirable.
• Fork lift and electric pallet jack training is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise extrusion lines and packing areas to meet production goals.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; perform daily safety checks and enforce PPE use.
• Monitor line performance, scrap, yield, and production rates; guide operators and packers.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment reliability and uptime.
