Parker Hannifin, via its Parker HVAC Filtration Division, is seeking a Utility Operator in Indiana. The role supports material flow between WIP areas and machines, with flexibility to fill in at unmanned stations across Assembly and Machine Operator areas as needed on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to pass a tape measure test.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Alert Supervisor and maintenance personnel of any problems.
• Load materials into the machine quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Keep the work area clean, debris-free, and compliant with 5S markings.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain production and operate necessary equipment.
• Record production data.
• Perform quality inspections as needed.
• Train new team members on standard operating procedures as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
