Qualifications

• HS or GED required and ability to communicate in English.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, at least 2 years machine operator experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to pass aptitude tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and perform advanced changeovers with multiple setups/tools.
• Read production orders to verify quantities and labeling and perform first piece inspection.
• Complete scrap documentation and preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with 5S and safety guidelines.
