Aerotek is seeking a Senior Machine Operator in San Diego, CA to operate and set up CNC Haas Mills, Robo Drills, and Fanuc-controlled machines in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires setting up 3-axis CNC machines, loading parts, and performing tool touch-offs with a focus on precision and quality.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year CNC operation experience, experience with Haas machines, the ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience with Haas CNC machines and machine setups.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.25 - $30.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
