Job summary

Aerotek in Glencoe, MN is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in a contract-to-hire role. You will load metal rods into CNC machines, perform visual inspections, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances in a clean, well-lit facility.

The position offers hourly pay between $19.50 and $23.40, dependent on experience and shift, with benefits eligibility after a temporary period. This is a fully onsite role with PPE provided.

Machine Operator- HIRING ALL SHIFTS!!!

Position:

Machine Operator

Shift:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings

Shift:

$20-24/hr dependent on experience and shift

Key Responsibilities

• Load metal rods into CNC machines and unload completed parts.
• Perform visual inspections using microscopes to identify defects.
• Measure parts using calipers and other measuring tools.
• Verify parts meet quality and dimensional specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with small components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

• Clean, well-lit manufacturing facility.
• Combination of cleanroom and non-cleanroom production areas.
• Standing for extended periods, with some opportunities to alternate between sitting and standing depending on the machine.
• Use of PPE including lab coats, hair nets, safety glasses, and masks in cleanroom areas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $23.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
