Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE-USA)

Join Splunk as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Artificial Intelligence group. You will develop core AI/ML capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and help shape the engineering roadmap.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop AI/ML platform and infrastructure for cybersecurity and observability.
  2. Collaborate with software engineers, scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.
  3. Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into our technology.
  4. Participate in strategic AI discussions and product planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, model deployment, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
