Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE-USA)

Join us at Splunk as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE-USA). We are seeking a talented professional to develop core AI/ML capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to our product portfolio's evolution.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop AI/ML platform and infrastructure for cybersecurity and observability domains.
  2. Collaborate with software engineers, scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions.
  3. Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into our technology roadmap.
  4. Participate in strategic discussions regarding AI directions and product development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), model deployment, version control (Git), CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
