Join us as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE-USA) at SPLUNK SERVICES UK LIMITED. This role involves developing core AI/ML capabilities to enhance Splunk's product portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and shaping the engineering roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML platform and infrastructure for cybersecurity and observability use cases.
• Collaborate with software engineers, scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions.
• Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into our technology roadmap.
• Participate in strategic discussions on AI directions and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years industry experience.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), model deployment, version control (Git), CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
