Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE-USA)

Join us as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE-USA) at Splunk. This role involves developing core AI/ML capabilities to enhance our product portfolio and support our customers' digital resiliency journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to the engineering roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML platform and infrastructure for cybersecurity and observability.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions.
• Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into our technology roadmap.
• Participate in strategic discussions regarding AI directions and product development.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), model deployment, and production environments.
• Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD principles, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with MLOps platforms like MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
