Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Staff AI/ML Engineer to join an advanced robotics engineering team in North Reading, Massachusetts. You will develop and deploy AI capabilities for perception, navigation, and manipulation on autonomous mobile robots and industrial arms, taking projects from concept to production.

You will work with sensor data from RGBD, LiDAR, and ToF, apply SLAM and localization, and collaborate across mobile and manipulator platforms.

I am seeking a Staff AI/ML Engineer to join an advanced robotics engineering team developing next-generation Physical AI solutions for autonomous mobile robots and industrial robotic arms. This is an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI and robotics, building intelligent systems that operate reliably in dynamic, real-world environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deploy AI capabilities for perception, navigation, manipulation, and interaction
