The Opportunity

This is an applied AI and robotics role inside an automotive manufacturer's Advanced Technology department. Your job is to take Physical AI out of the lab and onto the plant floor: computer vision, machine learning, and sensor fusion solutions for real manufacturing problems like bin picking, part handling, and inspection.

You would report to the Engineering Manager at a global, multi-billion dollar company, with a mandate to improve manufacturing competitiveness and reduce fixed costs across North America. Relocation is paid.

Why This Opportunity Is Worth a Look
  • Base salary of $100,000-$140,000, direct hire with a full benefits package
  • Paid relocation
  • Applied AI and robotics work, taken from proof-of-concept through production deployment (yokoten)
  • Simulation tools such as Isaac Sim and MuJoCo for concept validation, synthetic data generation, and Sim2Real deployment
  • Exposure to leadership, presenting results and recommendations to management and executive leadership
  • Stability: the employer is a global leader that rarely lays off
