Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Microsoft 365 Security Manager to lead cloud security projects, architect solutions, and guide clients through the Microsoft 365 security journey. Qualifications

6+ years of experience in technical consulting and architecting solutions
6+ years of hands-on technical experience with Microsoft 365 enterprise services
6+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune, MEM, and MDM
6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft security platforms (Purview, Entra ID, Defender)
Willingness to travel up to 50% within North America
Microsoft Certifications and Cyber Certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Lead projects and act as project lead architect for a range of Microsoft technologies
Assist in business development: defining scope, pricing, and proposals
Deliver cloud security analyses and configurations for Entra ID, O365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and M365 Copilot
Oversee onsite and offshore engineers and architects
Serve as primary client interface and build trust with clients
Perform health checks before broader deployments
Define and implement security policies, access controls, and data protection measures
Provide internal training to Advisory personnel as needed
Act as SME on cloud cyber risk for Purview, Intune, Defender, and Sentinel
Contribute to eminence activities, e.g., whitepapers on Microsoft 365 security
