Job summary

Unisys is seeking an IT M365 Service Delivery Principal to oversee the engineering and delivery of Microsoft 365 services within the Unified Communications Service Delivery team. You will drive design, governance, and roadmaps for O365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related security controls.

The role emphasizes broad service engineering, incident management, and collaboration with global teams to meet business objectives with a strong security focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 infrastructure technologies and related services.
• Experience delivering IT services to large-scale outsourced environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools (PowerBI, Splunk).
• Strong in project management and ITIL disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee highest levels of service availability and efficiency aligned to industry standards.
• Engineer build/operations specs for new/existing M365 services.
• Lead architectural discussions and drive service improvements.
• Provide regular management reporting on O365 services.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure effective operations and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver 3rd party and outsourced service management and governance.
