Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a M365 Security Manager to lead cloud security engagements across Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Purview, Defender, and SCCM. You will guide delivery, supervise onsite and offshore engineers, and support business development.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security frameworks, strong leadership, and ability to travel up to 50% in North America; a BA/BS is preferred and security certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical consulting with project leadership
• 6+ years of Microsoft 365 enterprise services experience (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online)
• 6+ years with SCCM/Intune or MEM/MDM implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and act as project lead architect for M365 security
• Deliver cloud security analysis, recommendations, and configurations
• Oversee onsite and offshore engineers and architects
• Serve as primary client interface and manage stakeholder relationships
• Perform health checks and risk mitigations on M365 environments
• Provide technical training to Advisory personnel as needed
• Contribute to eminence activities and PoVs on M365 security
