Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Microsoft 365 Security Manager to lead client engagements on cloud risk and security across M365 platforms, with hands-on leadership of engineers and architects.

You will drive security architecture, implement Defender/Sentinel/Entra ID solutions, and collaborate with clients to design and deploy secure M365 environments. Willingness to travel up to 50% in North America is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical consulting with project leadership and architecting solutions.
• 6+ years of hands-on technical experience with M365 enterprise services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online).
• 6+ years with SCCM/Intune and MEM/MAM/MDM implementation or operations.
• 6+ years with two or more security techs: Defender suite, Sentinel, Defender for Office, Purview & Entra ID; knowledge of Copilot/MDCA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and act as project lead architect on Microsoft 365 security engagements.
• Deliver cloud security analysis, configurations, and recommendations for Entra ID, O365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and more.
• Oversee onsite and offshore engineers; manage client relationships and day-to-day interface.
