Job summary

DMI is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Cloud Specialist to lead ABMC's M365/Azure tenant, delivering incident support, governance, and proactive configuration across Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview. The role emphasizes incident response within SLA targets and security directive remediation.

The candidate will manage Purview retention, drive records management maturation, and document changes across the full M365 stack while ensuring 508 compliance and U.S. citizenship requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of Microsoft 365 or Azure admin experience.
• Current Microsoft 365 or Azure admin certification (e.g., MS-102) or AZ-104.
• Current security/identity certifications (SC-300, SC-200, or SC-100).
• U.S.-based; all configuration work must be performed within the United States.
• 7+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments with Entra ID, CA, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Defender.

Responsibilities

• Administer ABMC Microsoft 365 tenant across Entra ID, CA policies, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Respond to DHS/CISA directives; assess security baselines, identify gaps, document exceptions, and coordinate remediation.
• Monitor Defender and Sentinel for incident triage and SLA targets.
• Advance Purview records management by updating retention rules and labels across sites/mailboxes.
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation and change records after each change.
• Support Copilot governance activities as features land in the ABMC tenant.
• Train Records Manager on Purview features and governance maturation.
• Ensure Section 508 compliance for all deliverables and configurations.
